Know Your Producer Dinner 

Join the Hastings Farm Gate Team on Saturday 6 May 2023 from 6:00pm for a scrumptious showcase of local produce from the Port Macquarie-Hastings area and a fundraiser for the annual Hastings Farm Gate Tour (June 10th-12th 2023). 

Guests will be treated to a welcome drink on arrival and alternating plates over a 3-course sit down meal, with each course featuring a paddock-to-plate explanation of key ingredients. The key ingredients featured will come from host farmers from the Hastings Farm Gate Tour. The meal will be prepared by the exceptional chefs from the kitchen of twotriplefour by Bills at Cassegrain’s Wine Barrel Room. Drinks will be available from the bar as well as take away sales of two beverages specifically designed to support the Hastings Farm Gate Tour. Ingredients from Barbushco have been used to produce a Lemon Myrtle pale ale brewed by Moore Beer and Davidson Plum infused bottles of gin distilled by Port Macquarie Distillery.
